Samantha Gutsa from Monument Park won the Regional (East) Young Communicators Speech Competition -both impromptu and prepared- and will now go on to represent Monument Park at the provincial competition. She was also selected to deliver a speech later this year on behalf of the Department of Water and Sanitation. Well done Samantha!
